Your Appointment, Step by Step
- Consultation. We talk about your routine, the look you like, and your skin and health history.
- Brow mapping. Tram measures your face and hand-draws your new shape. Nothing is tattooed until you're happy with it.
- Colour matching. Pigment is chosen to suit your skin tone, undertone and hair colour.
- Numbing & tattooing. A topical numbing cream is used for comfort. Most clients describe the sensation as mild.
- Aftercare. You'll go home with written instructions and aftercare balm.
Allow about [2.5–3] hours for your first session.
Healing Timeline
- Days 1–5: Brows look darker and bolder than the final result.
- Days 5–10: Light flaking. Don't pick or scratch.
- Weeks 2–3: Colour may look patchy or too light while the skin settles. This is normal.
- Weeks 4–6: True colour appears.
- Touch-up [6–10 weeks]: Tram refines colour and shape and fills any areas that didn't hold.
Results typically last 1–3 years depending on skin type, sun exposure, skincare and lifestyle.

Before Your Appointment
- No brow waxing, threading or tinting for [7] days
- Avoid alcohol, caffeine, fish oil and aspirin/ibuprofen for 24–48 hours unless prescribed by your doctor
- Stop retinol, AHAs and exfoliants on the brow area for [2] weeks
- No anti-wrinkle injections near the brows within [2] weeks
- Avoid sunburn or tanning on your face
