Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be deducted from your total treatment cost on the day.
Cancellations
We require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes. Cancellations within this window will result in a forfeited deposit.
Arrival & Lateness
Please arrive at your scheduled time. Clients more than 15 minutes late may have their session cancelled and deposit forfeited to ensure fairness to other clients.
Studio Environment
To maintain a professional and sterile environment, strictly no children or additional guests are permitted in the procedure area.

Treatments are strictly by appointment. Please arrive on time to ensure the full duration of your personalized session by Master Ho Tram.
Clean & Solo
To maintain clinical standards, we ask that you visit us solo. No guests or children are permitted in the tattoo procedure room during your visit.
Preparation
Avoid alcohol and caffeine 24 hours prior. These can affect your skin sensitivity and the final ink retention of your cosmetic tattoo treatment.

Please reschedule if you are feeling unwell or have active cold sores. We prioritize the health and safety of every client and our studio environment.
